Jose Espindola scores the only game in the match allowing the Fuego to move to the second round of the Open Cup. The Open Cup is the Fuego's chance to play MLS teams if they continue to win.

Orlando Ramirez back from injury scored the third goal and seems to be back to his goal scoring ways.
