2009 Fresno Fuego Open Tryout/ Combine
 
Tuesday Jan. 13th and Wednesday Jan 14th, 2009
6pm-8pm @ Chukchansi Park

The following must be filled out and sent to the Fresno Fuego @ 1800 Tulare St. Fresno, CA 93721 no later than Wednesday Jan. 7th.
 
  1. Tryout Application
  2. Waiver
  3. Picture (Headshot)
  4. $30- (make checks payable to Fresno Fuego)
