Due to the high volume of requests, the Fresno Fuego assists only local, in-state charitable groups, and asks for each organization to submit their request 30 days prior to fundraiser event. Requests should be limited to one per calendar year. To seek a donation: 1. All requests must be put in writing 2. Please submit a letter on organizational letterhead seeking a request for a donation 3. The request letter must outline your non-profit organization a) Give a tax ID number b) Explain event details c) What the donation would be used for (example: silent auction, raffle, etc) 4. Don’t forget to include all correct contact information (name, address, phone, etc.) All donation requests that are filled by the Fresno Fuego will be mailed out to the contact information provided in the request letter.
