Dance Team Requirements
· Must be 18 years of age.
· Must be able to attend all 8-10 home games.
· Must be able to practice 2 late evenings during the week. (Dates & Times TBA)
· Must be able to attend selected Fresno Fuego promotions throughout the season in addition to scheduled games.
· Formal dance instruction is not a prerequisite, but strong dance skills and physical fitness is required.
Application
· Please include one 4×6 or larger photograph with your application. (This will not be returned)
· Please include a $10.00 non-refundable registration fee with your application. (CASH ONLY)
· Professional and/or Dance resumes are accepted but not required with your application.
Audition
· Women who wish to audition must turn in application, photograph, $10.00 registration fee and waiver before participating in auditions.
· You will perform a 6-8 count routine in front of a panel of judges.
· Routines will be taught prior to judging session.
· Contestants MUST wear two-piece dance attire for auditions.
· Skin tone nylons are recommended.
· Dance sneakers, jazz shoes or light weight tennis shoes are recommended for auditions.
· Please wear you hair and makeup to compliment your features.
· Scoring will be based on appearance, showmanship, physical ability, rhythm, overall performance and applications.
· Please remember the Fresno Fuego Dance Team is a Part Time position.
· Plan on being at the auditions at least 3-4 hours if not longer.
